It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Morvant (Thibodaux, Louisiana), who passed away on July 4, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley P. Morvant; his parents, Clement Morvant and Mabel N. Morvant; his son Kirk A. Morvant; his brother Joseph "Edward" Morvant; and his nephew Eddie Morvant.

He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Bourgeois and Denise M. Percle; and his grandchildren, Rae Olivier, Krissy Ruttley, Clay Morvant, Cali Morvant and Claire Percle.
