She is survived by: her children, Brian Allen, Lemcy Cortez III and Dahlia Rogers (Lane Franks); her sisters, Elizabeth Guidry and Judy Fournier David; her stepdaughters, Connie Rogers Benoit and Winifred Stokes; and her great-nephew Barry Dean Thomas.
