He is survived by: his wife Melody Luke-Goldman; his sons, Brandon Goldman (Miranda), Joshua Luke (Stephanie) and Samuel Luke (Tabitha); his grandchildren, Allison Goldman, Nolan Luke, Noah Luke, Jonah Luke, Joel Luke, Elijah Luke and Ezra Luke; and his sister Gail Kotowski.
