She is survived by: her son Michael Cooks, Sr. (Gwen); her grandchildren, Michael Cooks, Jr., Chiquita Flakes, Calvin Cooks, Jr., Dontrell Cooks and Caivionne Cooks; and her friend Joan Jeanette Poston-Queen.
