He is survived by: his former wife Janet Bourgeois Conrad; his children, Merlin David Conrad III (Sammi Jo) and Charlotte Ann Conrad; his siblings, Donald Conrad (Geralyn), Tommy Conrad (Joy) and Darlene Conrad Dreyer (George); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Devyn, Shelbi, Spencer and Madden.
