It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Ernest Anderson Jr. of Thibodaux, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter E. Anderson Sr. and Yvonne Kirsch Anderson; and his sibling Betty-Gail Patureau. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Anderson (Danielle), Kathryn "Katie" Anderson and Kristin Anderson Amico (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Luke Anderson, Claire Anderson, Brooke Anderson, Piper Amico, Parker Amico and Presley Amico; and his sisters, Judy Calcagno and Patricia Grashoff.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Saint Joseph Co-Cathedral (721 Canal Blvd, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, in honor of his beloved dogs, the family requests donations to be made to your local animal shelter.
