He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Hoffmann, Sr. and Rose Mary Use'Hoffmann. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Summers Hoffmann; his daughters, Sarah Hoffmann and Laura Bergeron (Danny); his grandchildren, Presley Boudreaux, Kailei, Addison and Beau Bergeron; and his siblings, Leland Hoffmann, Jr. (Teresa), Susan Hoffmann Boudreaux (late Dale) and Donald Hoffmann (Mary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor and memory to the Upside Downs 3.21 Down Syndrome Dash in support of his grandson Beau via Team RamBeau.
