He is survived by: his wife Gwen Phelps Mendoza; his daughters, Michelle Moss (Samuel), Marcie Breaux (Duane) and Melanie Carlos (Allen); his stepchildren, Aimee Beard (Jerry) and Jeffery Richard (Jessica); his grandchildren, Morgan Ray, Erin Ransome, Maggie Moss, Stephanie Landry, Dominic Breaux, Emma, Clay Carlos, Jayden, Avery, Alexis Beard, Dylan, Michaela and Ella Richard; his stepgranddaughters, Dory Roberts and Mandy Alston; and his great grandchildren, Meredith, Molly Ransome and Michael Landry.
