It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosalie M. Arabie of Thibodaux, Louisiana, born in Lockport, Louisiana, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Arabie; her parents, Lovincy Adams and Lillian LeBlanc Adams; her children, Neil Arabie, Anita Arabie and Windy Adams (William); and her siblings, Raymond, Earlis Adams, Vedride LeBlanc, Mary Boudreaux and Annabelle Pennison.
She is survived by: her sons, Monte (Jeanne), Randy, Sandy (Myrna) and Ryan Arabie (Shelli); and her daughter-in-law Jerry Lynne Bates (Elton). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (2085 St Mary St, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
