He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Gilfour and Mathilde Adams Gilfour; and his siblings, Robert, Jerry Sr., Larry Gilfour and Shirley Tabor.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Gilfour; his children, Rachel (Chad Harthcock) and Doug (Christy Gilfour); his stepchildren, Kenny (Virginia Pansano) and Stacey (Shane Faucheux); his grandchildren, Tori (TeJay Butters), Wyatt Faucheux, Zander Gilfour, Juliette Faucheux, Christian Gilfour and Leyla Gilfour; and his great grandchildren, Emmett and Ella Butters. He is also survived by his children, their spouses, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Genevieve Catholic Church (815 Barbier Ave, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
