She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Joseph Guillot; her parents, Freddie Bourgeois and Aline Ledet Bourgeois; and her siblings, Alfred "Boy" Bourgeois, Olden Bourgeois, Ewell Bourgeois, Elsie Hawks and Elvie Levron.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Knight (Jeff) and Lisa Richard (Steve); her grandchildren, Jared (Sara), Tara (Reid), Jennifer (Jacob) and Philip (Alexie); her great grandchildren, Mason, Candace, Drake, Morgan, Emma, Alice, Luke and Lucy; her great great grandchild Harley; and her sister Louella Hernandez (Carroll). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Co-Cathedral (721 Canal Blvd, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
