She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Jones and Ben Adams, Sr.; her siblings, Morrell Carter, Alvin Sr., Ben Adams, Jr. and Delores Adams Boudreaux; her grandparents, Annie Jones Brown, Bertha, Marcha Adams and Osben Jones, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Lekeshia Thomas Fry and Stanely Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Deacon Lenord Adams (Cynthia), Lemans (Bianco), Sorrell Adams (Christie), Lenora Allen, Anita Adams (Brian Watkins), Carrollane, Mary Gail and Tina Adams; her siblings, Elward Carter, Diane Carter Pike (Wilbert) and Gloria Dunbar; and her sister-in-law Gloria Adams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
