He is survived by: his wife Alison Ladd Hawkes; his son Chad Hawkes (Lindsey); his stepdaughters, Amanda Cenac (Patrick) and Natalie Edwards (Ross); his sisters, Yvonne Perk and Evelyn Kelley; his sister-in-law Debbie Hawkes; and his grandchildren, Luke, Cate Hawkes, William, Henry Cenac, Bryndin, Jace, Grayson and Harrison Edwards. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
