He was predeceased by: his son Dwayne Mosley; his parents, William Brown and Elizabeth Brown; and his siblings, Joseph Brown, Iassac Perkins, Albert Brown, William Brown and Lou Ethel Frye.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey M. Brown; his children, Wanda Brown, Sharon Johnson (Sheley), Sonja Brown, Deidra Ward, Wilbert Brown Jr. (Pearl), Derrick Ward (Denise) and Eric Ward (Theresa); and his siblings, John Brown, Izell Brown, Claude Brown and Sarah Brown Richardson.
