He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hill and Awilda Hill; and his brothers, John Hill and Robert Hill. He is survived by: his wife Janet Claire Hill of Tioga; his children, Sean Hill (Deidre) of Jena and Sara Hill of Tioga; his sister Nancy Easterly of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his grandchildren, Makenly Wilson, Hunter Wilson and Bentley Wilson.
