Charles Brou Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Brou (Vacherie, Louisiana), who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Burch Brou and Amedee Brou; and his siblings, Joyce, Joseph, Amedee, Rev. Francis (Buddy) and SJ.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Guthrie Brou; his children, Linda Dupuy (Birnie), Kathleen "Keeny" Olinde (Brad), Joseph Brou (Alison) and Steven Brou; his grandchildren, Jeanne Wilderotter (Eric), Benjamin Dupuy (Julie Ramsauer), Kevin Dupuy, Kimberly Keller (Leon), Patrick Brou (Emily), Danielle Brou (William Bankhead), Sophie Brou (Earl Wheeler), Samuel Brou, Scarlett Brou, Shepard Brou, Ross Olinde, Alex Olinde and Devin Olinde; and his great grandchildren, Madeline Wilderotter, Christian Wilderotter, Adaline Keller, Daphne Keller, Mary Brou, Charles Brou, Gabriel Brou, Jeremiah Johnson, Goddess Henderson, Earl Wheeler and Mariana Wheeler. He is also survived by in-laws and numerous Godchildren, nieces and nephews.
