He was predeceased by: his daughter Jiasia Steib; and his grandparents, Bertha and Aureliean Steib. He is survived by: his mother Beverly S. Dumas; his children, Jiarrus Steib, Jah'leel Ester and Jaira Steib; his grandson Oswald Steib; his sister Mesha Dumas; and his aunts and uncles, Michael, Joseph, Jr. (Ernestine), Albert Steib (Patricia), Virginia Dumas, Delores Laurent, Shirley Taylor, Margaret Smith and Elizabeth Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
