He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lynne Slade Fornea "Cindy"; his stepdaughter Blair Elaine; his siblings, Lonnie Fornea, Richard Fornea and Jane Thomas (Shane); his siblings' children, Jeff Fornea (Traci), Laurie Williams, Theresa Morris (Casey) and DeAnna Knight (Tim); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Allie Forbes (Anthony), Brittney Moore (Brett), Brooke Green (Reggie), Daylan Morris (Sunshyne), Carly Temples, Bailey Busby and Brandon Knight (Catie); and also, Rayleigh Forbes, Brody Forbes, Maddox Forbes, Chrislyn Foster, Raiden Green, Ellie Forbes, Carsyn Temples, Waylan Morris, Hendryx Forbes, Saylor Forbes, Reign Green, Ryker Primes, Zayden Busby, Madilyn Knight, Sophia Knight, Leah Knight and Millie Knight.
