She is survived by: her husband Wallace Mackensen; her siblings, Betty Jane Collett, Shirley Troy, Steve Duplechain Jr., Maxine Duplechain Duhon and Curtis Duplechain (Elwanda); and her sister-in-law Sharon Duplechain.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Patsy to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
