With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Mae McCurdy of Vidalia, Louisiana, who passed away on November 9, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lillian shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lillian farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Albert Ferry and Beatrice Topper Ferry; her husband William Richmond McCurdy; and her son William Richmond "Ricky" McCurdy, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Debra Sue Moore and Christopher McCurdy; and her siblings, Mary Ann Dunn, David Ferry and Michael Joe Ferry. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren and 7 great- great grandchildren.
