She is survived by: her children, Shirley Captain of Rosenberg, Texas, Patsy Ortego (Calvin) of Bayou Chicot, Marvin Fontenot (Janice) of Bayou Chicot, Diana Cloud (Donald) of Turkey Creek, David Fontenot (Tena) of Bayou Chicot and James Larry Fontenot of St. Landry; her husband Ement Fontenot; her children, Norman Fontenot, Barbara Vidrine and Stanley Fontenot; and her great grandchildren, Devin Rodriguez and Nicole Marie Fontenot. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
