He was predeceased by: his parents, Adonaise Bourque and Lillian Catoire Bourque; his wife Debra Kay Bourque; and his brother Joe Bourque (Ethel Russell). He is survived by: his sons, Donald Shane Bourque of Ville Platte, Jeremy Scott Bourque (Heidi) of Ville Platte and Colby Flynn Bourque (Robin) of Belaire Cove; his siblings, Steve Bourque of Ville Platte, Juanita Montondon of Ville Platte, Ineza Bourque of Grand Prairie, Hazey Fontenot of Ville Platte, Wavey Vidrine of Grand Prairie and Elorise Guillory of Mamou; his grandchildren, Tristen James Bourque, Tucker Shane Bourque, Kaitlynn Renee Bourque, Carly Lane Bourque and Bryson Scott Bourque; and his great grandchild Haygan James Bourque.
