It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Deville of Ville Platte, Louisiana, who passed away on October 9, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roylis Deville and Hazy Fontenot Deville; and her sister Nazel Deville (late James O'Connor). She is survived by: her husband Ferrel W. Fontenot of Ville Platte; her son James Neal O'Connor of Ville Platte; her brother Nason Deville of Kenner; her granddaughters, Courtney Causey, Victoria Strickland and Brianna O'Connor; and her great grandchildren, RaeAnne Causey, Cooper Causey and Tyson Strickland.
