He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Bolfa; his parents, Ivan Bolfa and Eden Bolfa; and his sister Angela Strippling. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Gautreaux (Joseph), Tiffany Fontenot (Chuncey) and Tammy Fontenot (Logan); his grandchildren, Seth Gautreaux, Zachary Gautreaux, Sydney Fontenot, Adalynn Fontenot, Kayleigh Fontenot and Alyssa Fontenot; his great grandchildren, Koah, Avery, Kye and Levi; and his brother Ronald Bolfa.
