He is survived by: his mother Georgie Vidrine of Ville Platte; his half-sister Jillian Nicks; his sibling's children, Cody Brae Nicks, James Garrett Nicks, Tobi Lynn Nicks and Abbigail Nicks; his uncle Charles Nicks; and his aunt Jane Riebel of Lafayette.
