She is survived by : her husband Kaylor Deshotel; her sons, Charles Joshua "Chuck" Deshotel (Jennifer) of Bentley, Jacob Randall Deshotel (Mandy) of Houston and David "Chip" Tackett (Emily) of Ville Platte; and her siblings, Curt Saucier (Lisa), Kent Saucier (Tina), Kevin Saucier (Rose) of Virginia, Keith Saucier of Ville Platte and Phyllis LeBlanc (Calvin Adam) of Bachelor.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Laville Funeral Home Chapel (2353 E Main St, Ville Platte, LA 70586). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
