He is survived by: his sons, John Alex Prescott and Kenneth Kangas; his sister Pearl Barnes (David) of Vinton; his grandchildren, Jadin Prescott, Cameron Prescott and Jakara Cooper; and his brother-in-law Nathaniel Prescott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
