With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Ann Hindsman of Vivian, Louisiana, born in Hermitage, Arkansas, who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Brenda Ann had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Brenda Ann may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parent H. D.; her grandson Bryant Hindsman; and her sister Lynn Palumbo. She is survived by: her husband James Hindsman; her children, Jerold Hindsman (Chasiti) of Plain Dealing, LA, David Hindsman of Vivian, LA and Kristy Durham (Jeff) of Grenada, Mississippi; her siblings, Amelia "Bea" Terry and Donnie Smith; and her caregiver Kelli Starling. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gorsulowsky Funeral Home Chapel (1107 S Pine St, Vivian, LA 71082). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
