Chef Sebastian Ambrosia Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Chef Sebastian Ambrosia of Vivian, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Chef shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Chef farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Ann Nelson Ambrosia; his daughter Darnell Ambrosia; his granddaughter Jacquelyn Ambrosia; his daughter Misha Ambrosia-Singletary (William Singletary); his sister Paticia Wilson (Wayne Wilson); his godchildren, Toby Ambrosia and Charmaine Ramirez; and his siblings, Morris, Vincent Ambrosia and Darlene Ambrosia Lee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
It was during this time Buster was involved with many charity endeavors for St. Michael's, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Chef's Soiree, and many school fairs throughout his lifetime.
