He was predeceased by: his parents, Manson Boyter and Lucille Boyter; his wife Joyce Ann Boyter; and his sister Betty Luce. He is survived by: his children, Eugene W. Boyter and Judy Ann Tatum; his grandchildren, Matthew Tatum, Scotty Tatum, Benjamin Tatum, Zachary Tatum and Allison McGinty; and his great grandchildren, Levi Tatum and Rowan McGinty.
