He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Randolph and Addie Mae Randolph; his wife Willa Dean; and his siblings, Violet Nichols and J. W. Randolph.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Randolph (Mary) of Smithland, TX and Dennis Randolph (Tammy) of Mt. Pleasant, TX; and his grandchildren, Sam Randolph (Caitlin), Haley Matherne (Drew), Corey Davidson, AJ Randolph (Mandi), Lindsay Coburn (Micheal) and Katelyn Randolph. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
