He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wayne Swarers and Martha Ann Beckham; his brother Jeffery Norsworthy; his stepgranddaughter Jasmynn Otwell; and his former wife Kathy Harrod.
He is survived by: his wife Karla Sue "Pooh" Swarers; his stepchildren, Kaylee Lance (Jason), Macee Autry (Matt) and Andy Otwell (Janice); his stepgrandchildren, Jacie, Justin, Kobi, Kruz, Cole, Audri Adalyn and Jayden; and his brothers, Michael Norsworthy (Kristy) and Tony Swarers (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
