Dean (Elaine); and her sibling's children, Priscilla Ann Waters Traczewitz, John H. Waters Jr. (Kathy) and James R. "Jim" Waters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Southern Funeral Home (202 E Lafayette St, Winnfield, LA 71483). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
