He was predeceased by : his wife Katie Boswell; his son Harry Lee Boswell; his mother Gloria Boswell Threeton; and his grandparents, Caddo and Ethel Boswell.

He is survived by : his sons, Eric, Robert Boswell and Jeremy Allen; and his brothers, Leroy Harrison and Jackie Spradley. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
