He is survived by: his wife Peggy Nettles of Baton Rouge; his son Jeffrey Kenneth Binning; his grandchildren, Bryce Kenneth Binning and Britt Elizabeth "Britsey" Binning; his brother Francis Wayne Binning (Jewel Redden Binning); his stepsister Billie Jean Wickwire Lofton; his sister-in-law Carolyn Nettles Okervall; his brother Russel B. Nettles, Jr. (Rita Guillaume Nettles); his pets, Fluffy, Buddy, Sabby and Blue; Candace.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (29589 S Poplar St, Livingston, LA 70754).
