He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Fore Sr. and Kathryn W. Fore; and his sisters, Priscilla F. Guillot and Janet F. Matherne. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Fore; his siblings, Kathryn Blair Burell and Delmar L. Fore; and his nieces and nephews, Raymond Laviolette, Blake Stubbs (Michelle Oros), Isaiah Fore, Jordan Burell, Joshua Burell, Kathryn Grace Fore and Priscilla Anne Fore.
