She is survived by: her children, Gloria Farrister (Joseph Farrister, Jr) and Randall Bankston (Kim Bankston); her grandchildren, Karen May (Jamie), Joe Farrister III (Hollie), Kelvin Tigner (Courtnay), Britany Bankston (Ryan), Josiah Bankston (Candace), Lindsey Grant (Cedrick), David Bankston, Sarah Severio (Cory), Kenneth Graham (Alyssa), Candis Graham, Teresa Bankston and Jordan Hall (Morgan); her great grandchildren, Angel (Tyler), Whittney, Roy, Bryce, Brynleigh, Bailey, Beaux, Jedekiah, Nadia, Nevaeh, Nova, Hazel, Noah, Cedrick, Cohen, Rylee Solacity, Caden, Aveigha, Kaleigha, Raeigha, Maleigha, Ridien, Owen, Oakleigh and Delaney; and her brother David Falks (Gail).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home (7738 Florida Blvd, Denham Springs, LA 70726). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
