She is survived by: her husband James Cecil Moran Jr.; her children, James Cecil Moran III and Jillian Noelle Moran Marcotte; her sister Diane Graves; her grandchildren, Christopher Rigney, Samantha Margaret Rigney and Ryleigh Renee Moran; and her great grandchild Carrigan James Rigney. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
