He was predeceased by : his parents, Vivian M. Shelden DeTrafford and Allen Joseph DeTrafford; and his sister Sharon Avant of Baton Rouge. He is survived by : his wife Paula Banks DeTrafford; his daughter Rebecca Joy Ramsey; his granddaughter Sophia Joy Andres; and his friend Thompson.
