He was predeceased by: his wife Lona Fletcher; his parents, Willie Fletcher and Molly Fletcher; and his sons, Richard, Mike and Tom Fletcher.

He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Betty" Guidry (Leonard), Linda Supik (Ed), Steven Fletcher, Robert Courtney, Michael Courtney and Nancy Arnold; and his siblings, Lessie Rice and Curtis Fletcher. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
