He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Edward and Brenda Boatwright Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Kristina F. Lewis; his children, Mallory Craig (Scott), Benjamin "Corey" Lewis, Preston Lewis (Amanda), Huntley Lewis, Branden Juneau (Adriana), Londa Williams, Heather Bevins, Destiny Smith and John Boyd; and his siblings, Steve Lewis (Veronica) and Jennifer Walker (Ryan). He is also survived by grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given that will be used by the family to honor Eddie's life and memory.
