He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Caldwell and Robert Ford; and his wife Jackie. He is survived by: his sisters, Eva Ford (Brian Ford), Andrea Johnson Harness, Roslyn Johnson (Harold Johnson Jr.), Helena (Joe Lopez), Jacquelyn Smith and Patricia Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and countless relatives and friends.
