Mullins, Jr. of Waterproof, LA; her daughter Kathy "Kat" Mullins Levie (Bobby) of Hammond, LA; and her brothers, Larry J. McManus (Rita) of Vidalia, LA and Michael McManus (Ann) of Pearland, TX.. She is also survived by niece, nephew, family and friends.
