He is survived by: his siblings, David Scott Romero (Candi), Gaynell Louise Vera and Mary Frances Romero VanWinkle (David); and his godchildren, Toni Romero Falgoust (Evan Falgoust), Emilie Elise Romero and Mark Richard (Rhoda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
