He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James Smith and Verlie Smith; and his siblings, Jim Smith and Patricia Smith Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Smith; his brother Bob Smith; and his children, Lisa Allen, Emily Harrison and Steve Smith.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home (300 McMillan Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291).
