He was predeceased by: his parents, Lone Kennedy and Evelyn Dodd Kennedy; his son Robert Gregory Kennedy; his brother Joe Kennedy; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Thelma Allen Hinton.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Hinton Kennedy; his daughter Cyndee Kennedy Albritton; his grandson Kasey Albritton (Stacie); his great grandchildren, Alaina Albritton, Remi Albritton, Aria and Millie; and his nephews, Rocky Kennedy and Gary Fellows.
