Bell of Riverside, CA and Maurine Stephens of Monroe, LA; his in-laws, Randolph and Paula Cage of West Monroe, LA.; his wife Kathy Cage Bell; his children, Matthew Scharf (Danielle) of Farmerville, LA, Amy Tinsley (Bobby) of West Monroe, LA, David D. Bell and Kathy D. Bell Reinhardt of Gulfport, MS; his grandchildren, Jonah Steven Scharf, Sydney Brooke Scharf, Sadie Kate Scharf and Wade Nelson Tinsley; and his siblings, Greg Bell (Dahnell) of Alexandria, LA and Roxanne McCormick (Waylon) of West Monroe, LA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
