She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Carnegie Coon; her parents, R. J. Phillips and Tean Hicks Phillips; her brother Richard Jay Phillips; and her son James Edward Arrant.
She is survived by: her sister Cherry Anne Phillips; her daughters, Dana Parker Flowers and Jennifer Anne Coon; her granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Edwards (Craig); and her great grandchildren, Madeline Maxine Payne and Cody Adam Payne.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home (300 McMillan Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home (300 McMillan Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291).
