We announce the death of Eleanor Rosalie Tritle of West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on July 1, 2026, at the age of 95. Eleanor will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Pope and Vivian Pope; and her husband Francis T. Tritle. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Tritle, King, Timothy P. Tritle (Janie Darrow), Mary E. Tritle and Kathleen I. Willis; her grandchildren, Jesse Lenard (Sarah), Jake Lenard (Melanie) and Molly McCann (Benjamin); and her great grandchild Elouise Lynn Lenard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or MD Anderson Cancer Center.
