Hale of West Monroe, Louisiana, born in Calhoun, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 21, 2024 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Hale and Leila Hale; and his daughter Cheryl Howard. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Greer Hale; his children, Carolyn Herzer (Roy), Karen Knox (Michael) and John Stephen Hale; and his stepchildren, Scott Phillips (Kathy) and Jolynn Phillips. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
